Data Deletion Request

PawSure™ is a product operated by TiggerTheCat Labs OPC Pvt. Ltd.

PawSure respects your right to request deletion of your personal data.

To request deletion of your PawSure account and associated personal data, please email hello@tiggerthecatlabs.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” from your registered phone number or email address.

We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

Alternatively, you may use the “Close my Account” feature located in Settings in the app to delete your account and all associated data.

Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate purposes such as dispute resolution, fraud prevention, safety, or compliance with applicable regulations.

Eligible deletion requests will be processed in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
